Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love every blend that arrives at your door. Because our spices and teas are food products, we handle returns a little differently than other shops.

 

Returns

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To keep our products safe for everyone, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

 

To start a return, email us at Lilstagspices@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at Lilstagspices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no need to ship anything back.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's on the way. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
